It is my purpose and passion to support men and women who are ready to be vulnerable to heal and clear your childhood wounds.
I have facilitated over 400 hours of healing sessions with men and women.
Maybe you had a roof over your head, food, clothing but your emotional needs were not met or none of your needs were met.
Were you born into a family that had serious issues with money, addictions, mental health issues or dealing with different types of abuse ?
I know what it is like , as my own childhood was difficult. I felt unloved. not nurtured or valued by my parents.
At age two I suffered major trauma. I fell into an open fire and got badly burned due to my parents neglect.
The physical wounds healed, leaving no scars but I was scarred emotionally..
I became hypervigilent, hypersensitive, mistrustful of others,I became a people pleaser who felt very unsafe in the world.
Maybe you are hypervigilent, hypersensitive,full of blame,shame and guilt over your childhood.
As adults we don't always realise our childhood wounds are still present, unhealed, unacknowledged and can hold us back in life.
These wounds may be holding you back due to self worth issues, self sabotage, running old patterns you grew up with.
I provide a safe space for you to share what you are comfortable with sharing and we will go at your own pace.
Together we will shift and clear your trauma ,wounds, imprints,negative beliefs and negative patterns.
I will support and guide you to use your own words as self directed compassion .
As what we meet with compassion dissolves.
I also use my strong intuition and pyschic gifts to guide the sessions.
We will get to the root of your trauma, karmic imprints , self sabotaging or toxic behaviours.
As I support and guide you to get to the root of what is holding you back and clear them from your body and energy field, you will witness shifts in your energy, a new self awareness, renewed confidence, be more motivated and start living your life differently.
You deserve to live an abundant ,fulfilling life.

ABOUT CARON
I have been on a healing journey myself, after a difficult childhood and life.
My first trauma happened at age 2 when I fell into an open fire. The physical wounds healed but the emotional wounds took longer.
My childhood was one of emotional abuse and neglect.
In my late thirties I went through a divorce and suddenly became a single working mum with three young children, one of whom had special needs.
I had family members dealing with mental health issues and suicide attempts which was challenging and traumatic.
I have been through a lot of loss and betrayals, from partners, friends and family.
The worst thing was loosing my 31 year old son to suicide in 2022 after five previous attempts.
I lost all hope and had no sense of direction.
Compassion Key found me six months later and I completed two levels of training and became a Master Compassion Key Practitioner in 2024.
It gave me a renewed passion for life and a new sense of purpose ,to assist others going through difficult life circumstances.

Single sessions are 60 minutes and packages of various different hours are available.
I am now offering a FREE 20 minute Discovery session via zoom for those interested in working with me but maybe need more clarity of how I can help.

When buying a package it is an upfront payment and you get to use the hours at your convenience.
It is usual to just book one or two hours intitally and then book sessions as and when you want them.
Some people have sessions weekly, others it is fortnightly
The package can be used however it suits your life style.
Once payment is received I will send you the zoom link for the first session.
